Rebecca Flannery

April 8, 1963 — June 27, 2020

Rebecca Flannery, 57, daughter of James P. and Rita Pilch Flannery of Peckville, died after a 13 month struggle with ovarian cancer.

Her husband, William “Doc” Watson took her on a 14 year adventure of a lifetime and never left her side. Her children Kendra Srebro, Brooklyn, New York and Max Srebro, Dickson City, spent the entire coronavirus lockdown with her and made sure each day was full of laughter, Netflix documentaries, and Broadway showtunes.

She is also survived by her sister Erin and Tom Zizaluskas, sister Kelli and John Vachino, brother Patrick and Carolyn, brother Jim and Cheryl, her husband’s two sons, two nephews, five nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends whose back porch visits brightened every day.

A memorial mass will be held at 9:30AM on Monday, July 13th at Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish, Dickson City for family and friends. All attendees are required to wear masks.
