Peter A. Sacco, Jr.

Peter A. Sacco, Jr., 45, of Eynon, died on Sunday at Community Medical Center, Scranton. He is survived by his wife, Ann Pradel Sacco. Their19th wedding anniversary was on Sunday. He is the son of the late Peter A. and Rose Zipay Sacco
Born in Denville, NJ, he resided in Eynon for the past 24 years. Prior to that he was a resident of Dunmore. He was a graduate of Dunmore H.S. and owner of Peter A Sacco, Jr. Construction Co, Eynon. He was a member of St. Mary of Czestochowa Church, Eynon.
A loving husband and father he will be truly missed by all the lives he touched. He is survived by three sons: Peter A., III, Matthew J. and Luke P., all at home. Also, one sister, Kathryn Pope of Dunmore; two brothers, James Sacco of Dunmore and Bart Sacco of Scranton. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
The funeral will be at 9AM on Wednesday, from the Hudak-O’Shea Funeral Home, Inc., 115 Garfield Avenue, Olyphant, with Mass at 10AM at St. Mary of Czestochowa Church, Eynon. Msgr. Patrick J. Pratico, pastor will officiate. Interment will follow in Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at the funeral home. Christian wake services will be held.
Contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
