Carol Ann Mancuso

Carol A. Mancuso, 63, of Olyphant, died Monday morning at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre.

Born in New Jersey. Carol’s favorite moments were spent with her grandchildren. Her fiancé was her rock and he brightened up her life. She loved sitting on the porch with her friends having her morning coffee and feeding the cardinals that would come to visit. She had a passion for arts and crafts. Most of all, her crocheting skills were amazing and admired by all.

She is survived by two daughters, Robin Mynyk, Scranton; and Heather Mynyk, Jessup; a son, Thomas Mancuso, Peckville; seven grandchildren, Maddison, Frank, Lexie, Shawn, Eli, Elana and Aaron; a fiancé, Russell Basalyga; brothers, sisters and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Sunday at 4 p.m. at the Hudak-O’Shea Funeral Home, 115 Garfield Ave., Olyphant. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
