Antointette (Bordo) Mihalich

Antoinette (Bordo) Mihalich, 59, of Archbald died on Tuesday morning at home with her husband at her side after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the wife of Frank J. Mihalich; they would have celebrated their 39th anniversary on December 5th. Born in Scranton, she resided in the Mid Valley area since 1984. Daughter of the late Anthony and Ruth Dorn Bordo, she was a 1975 graduate of Scranton Technical High School and was previously employed at Supermarket Service, Dunmore. Toni was a loving and caring person who always put others first. She loved her animals and will be missed by her dog, Kayla. She enjoyed doing crafts and home decorating. Frank would like to thank Traditional Hospice for their excellent care of Toni. She is also survived by two sisters, Dolly Catarino and husband, Al; and Debbie Whitbeck and husband, Dave, all of Scranton; and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be on Friday at 10:00AM at the Hudak-O’Shea Funeral Home, 115 Garfield Avenue, Olyphant. Interment will follow at Valley View Memorial Park, Scott Township.
