Barbara Angeloh, 94, formerly of Olyphant, died on Friday at Hospice Preferred Choice, MidValley Hospital, Peckville. She was a resident at Balanced Care at Mid Valley, Peckville for the last three years.
Born in Olyphant, she resided and worked in NYC, NY for over 30 years and returned to Olyphant in the early 1970’s. Daughter-of-the-late Hippolyte and Stephania Feret Wojtowicz, she was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Church, Olyphant.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one son, Frederick Angeloh, two sisters, Helen Lukasik and Sr. Amadea; three brothers, Joseph, John and James Wojtowicz.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday at 9AM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Willow Street, Peckville. Reverend Santino Fanucci, pastor, will officiate. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Hudak-O’Shea Funeral Home, Inc., 115 Garfield Ave., Olyphant.
